RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
All transactions on the site are complete and final, and NajMaHall LLC offers no return and exchanges except under the terms and conditions set forth below:
Damaged in Shipment
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at customerservice@najabeautyhall.com within 10 business days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns for exchanges or we issue you a store credit which would be valid for redemption within 90 business days. When returning, items must meet the conditions stated in paragraph c below. Please ensure that exchanges are completed within 10 days after receiving the ordered items. We would not accept any exchanges after the 10-day(s) period. NAJA HALL BEAUTY does not reimburse the cost of return postage.
Important conditions for return
Please note that you can only return a product if it is defective. The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:
The product shall be in unused and original condition;
You shall inform us about the return of the product to us within 10 business days;
You shall not accept any open box deliveries;
The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, invoices/warranty cards, and other documentation.
You agree and acknowledge that NAJA HALL BEAUTY reserves the right to determine whether or not a product is in saleable condition. Items considered unsellable will be discarded. NAJA HALL BEAUTY will not issue a Store Credit or Exchange a returned item(s).
Refunds
We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item. Confirmation of your received return does not indicate your refund request has been approved. Upon review of your returned items, we will advise if your refund request has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, you will receive a shop credit for the value of your purchase or an even exchange.
